Diego has had an exciting and impressive history as a chef, Head Chef at The Boulevard Restaurant (Soho) Isola (an Oliver Peyton restaurant, Shumi London (Jeffrey Moore’s restaurant, Diego completed his basic training at Hotel Villa Cipriani Asolo in Venice. He then went to work in Sardinia in Porto Rotondo at Il Barretto Restaurant and at then on to Austria to the Sheraton Salzburg Hotel at The Mirabelle Restaurant under Chef Hillinger.
