Diego has had an exciting and impressive history as a chef,
for the past ten years working here in London:

Head Chef at The Boulevard Restaurant (Soho)
and The Greenwich Union Gastro Pub.

Isola (an Oliver Peyton restaurant,
under direction of Head Chef Mark Broadbent)

Shumi London (Jeffrey Moore’s restaurant,
under Head Chef Lee Purcel) and La Spiga (A/Z Company).

Diego completed his basic training at Hotel Villa Cipriani Asolo in Venice. He then went to work in Sardinia in Porto Rotondo at Il Barretto Restaurant and at then on to Austria to the Sheraton Salzburg Hotel at The Mirabelle Restaurant under Chef Hillinger.

During his career he was given the position of actor’s chef to
Miss Kim Basinger and Mr Vincent Perez during filming of the movie
“I dreamed of Africa” whilst on location in Venice.

His accreditations include being a member of the
Italian Professional Chefs Association working with Alberto Modolo
(3 times World Champion Chef in the Culinary Olympics).
